Location: Central Pa (Greater State College/Dubois Region)
Note: Applicants need to have a comprehensive background in K-12 Dining/National School Lunch Program experience and live near or be willing to relocate to within driving distance of these Central Pa locations).

The District Manager’s primary role is to serve as a leadership and support resource to General Managers and Food Service Team Members while balancing the needs and goals of our Client-Partners and business goals. The Leadership role is broad, encompassing responsibility for growth of sales, profits and employees in the DM’s primary operating area. The District Manager is expected to model The Metz Culinary Management Corporate Values and Employee Attributes in the exercise of his/her responsibilities. There are several key success indicators: sales growth, consistent profitability commensurate with the sales levels and operating conditions and the retention of our most valued stakeholders.
